Paperwork and documents
We help with the contract and the documents you need to start. We tell you what to prepare and guide you through each step in plain language.
We show real offers with clear terms, help with the paperwork, and many offers include accommodation. From the first contact you have a coordinator alongside you – you are not left on your own.
What you get
We do not send you in blind. You know the terms before you start, and at every stage there is someone to call.
You know the pay, the location and the scope of work before you say yes. No surprises on arrival.
Some positions come with accommodation on site. We always say plainly whether an offer includes it.

How it works
Six steps from picking an offer to your first day at work. Some of them are yours, the rest are ours.
On the list of offers you pick a location and a position. The terms and pay are visible straight away.
YouYour name and phone number are enough. A CV is optional – you do not need documents ready.
YouWe call you. We ask about your expectations and timing, and answer your questions.
KDGroupWe walk you through the contract and documents. For foreign nationals we also handle work and residence legalisation.
KDGroupWe set the start date. If the offer includes accommodation, we also agree where you will live.
TogetherYou start work, and your coordinator is still a phone call away if you need to sort something out or raise an issue.

Find out moreWhere you work
We work with hotels, resorts and restaurants in the mountains, at the seaside and in Masuria. Jobs in places where the season really comes alive.
What comes next
A good working relationship can open up more options – the next season, another venue, a new location or position. That is a possible path, not a promise made upfront.
You start with the offer you choose – seasonal or year-round.
We get to know each other. We learn what matters to you and how you work.
We may offer the next season, another location or a new position.
If the opportunity comes up – a more independent role or a wider remit.
Questions and answers
We answer the way we would on the phone – without promising terms that are set by the individual venue.
In many, but not all – that is up to the venue. Every offer states plainly whether accommodation is on site, so you do not have to ask. If you are looking only for jobs with accommodation, say so to the coordinator in the first conversation.
A CV is optional – your name and phone number are enough to apply. Experience depends on the position: for some kitchen, housekeeping or front-of-house roles we take people with no experience, for others the venue expects it. We say so plainly before we agree a start date.
No. Candidates pay us nothing for finding a job or for handling the employment paperwork.
Employment is always legal and based on a contract. Its type and terms depend on the particular offer and venue, so we settle them before the start and state them plainly – together with the pay, the date and the scope of duties. We never send anyone to work on a trial basis without agreed terms.
In Zakopane and the Podhale region business picks up twice a year: in winter (usually from December to the end of the school holidays) and in summer (from June to the end of the holidays). That is when venues need the most people. Some hotels and restaurants work all year round, though, so offers appear outside peak season too.
Yes. We guide you through the paperwork for legal work and residence in Poland – we check which documents your situation requires and help you gather them. Decisions are made by the authorities, so we do not promise their outcome or timing.
